Our Hot Springs are located on Route V-69, Kilometer 41.2, in the Commune of Cochamó, Los Lagos Region. Click this link to see the location.

You can reach us from two main cities:

Leaving from Puerto Varas, head towards Ensenada on Route 225, then take Route V-69 to Cochamó. The road is fully paved all the way to the Hot Springs, so you don’t need a 4×4 vehicle, and the scenery is wonderful. This route will take you approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Leaving from Puerto Montt, you can also access via the Austral Highway (Route 7) towards Caleta La Arena. After crossing the ferry, head north on the same Route V-69 for about 70 km until you reach the entrance to our complex.

We will have a trial period until December 31, 2024, with a single opening schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

After that, depending on visitor flow, we plan to offer AM, PM, and Night experiences. When purchasing your ticket, you will be able to choose the time slot that works best for you, and upon arrival, you will be given an exclusive-use wristband.

Yes, at the reception, you can rent or purchase towels and bathrobes. We also have men’s shorts and swim diapers available for sale, per unit.

Yes, our waters with marine influence come directly from the aquifers located in the magma chamber of the Andes Mountains, originating from the Liquiñe-Ofqui geological fault. They do not undergo any heating process; on the contrary, we have to wait for them to cool down in order to regulate the pool temperatures so that they can be used by visitors.

Yes! Our waters are constantly circulating, so the temperature is always maintained within the same range, and the water is continuously renewed.

It is not necessary. With the price of your ticket, you will have free access to all the pools available in our Thermal complex. You can then move from the private pools to the open pools without any issues.

Indeed, one of our open pools will be filled with saltwater, heated by heat transmission from our thermal waters. This is a therapeutic method that uses hot seawater, which offers numerous health and wellness benefits thanks to the minerals and nutrients from the algae. It helps relieve muscle and joint pain, improves mobility, purifies the skin, and aids in conditions like psoriasis, among other benefits.

Yes! As we know how important it is to change clothes in a climate-controlled space, our bathrooms and changing rooms are enclosed and heated with our own thermal waters, avoiding the use of any type of combustion. We believe this makes a big difference.

Yes, we have 30 showers available in a heated environment.

Of course! We are a family-friendly environment where everyone is welcome. We recommend bringing special swim diapers; if they are forgotten, we have them available for sale at reception.

We do not have lifeguard services, so it is important that no child swims alone.

It is also important that, with children, you stay in pools with temperatures below 40°C.

Indeed, we have special rates for children that vary depending on the season.

There is no entrance fee for children aged 0 to 2 years.

Yes, you can, by purchasing a minimum consumption voucher of $10,000 at reception. This will allow you to enjoy an amazing moment by the Reloncaví Estuary while trying our fabulous local menu. After that, if you wish to access the Thermal area, simply return to reception to purchase the entrance ticket.

We will have online sales on our website www.termasdecochamo.cl, and you can also buy directly at our ticket office. However, we recommend purchasing in advance to secure your spot.

Unfortunately, we believe it would not be good for your pets to be exposed to the high water temperatures, and we also do not have recreational spaces for them. We apologize!

Definitely yes! We have our central/main pool equipped with an access ramp, allowing entry with a mobility chair directly into the thermal waters.

Yes, our main pool has a ramp specifically designed for wheelchair access.

You can stroll along the Cochamó waterfront, visit its iconic church, or go to the famous Coihue de los Columpios, which is just a 14-minute drive away.

Yes, our restaurant is pet-friendly. We just ask that your pet is on a leash and that you take responsibility for their waste.

Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

Yes! We have access to water and electricity for you to use during your stay at our hot springs. You just need to register at our reception.
